Is there a minimum amount for order?
There is no minimum amount for order on our Internet shop.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time in Lithuania is 1 - 3 workdays. The delivery time outside Lithuania is 1 - 3 weeks.
In urgent cases goods can be delivered through the Bus Station delivery service within Lithuania. Please inform us about this preference in advance by e-mail: email@example.com or phone +370 612 79900.
What is the delivery price?
The delivery price within Lithuania is 3,00 – 5,00 Eur.
The delivery price to most European countries and worldwide, except extremely remote places, is 5,00 – 7,00 Eur.
Are all taxes included into the price?
Prices of amber jewelry products include all taxes, except delivery costs. For each product you have to add postage costs.
Please note, when goods are delivered outside Lithuania some countries ask to declare the goods, therefore, you may need to pay additional import taxes upon declaration.
The buyer is liable for all the obligations and taxes incurring upon receiving the goods.
How to get the Silver Amber gift certificate?
You can get it in 5 min. You have a choice of gift certificates according to their value. After payment you will receive the gift certificate by e-mail.
RETURN OF GOODS
How can I return the goods?
You may return the goods in 14 calendar days since their receiving date; you have to fill in the goods return request on your personal account on our website - View your return requests.
When will I receive the refund?
You will receive the refund for the returned goods in 5 work days since the receiving of goods to Silver Amber storehouse.
What to do if i have received the wrong item or defected item?
If you have received a defective product or a non-conforming order, please inform the customer service department immediately by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mark the order number in your e-mail, briefly explain the problem and if it is possible add photos.
Please fill in the return of goods form when you wish to return the items you had received. Please tick the reason of returning your goods and give more detailed information in the form.
The defects and non-conforming details are checked upon receiving the returned item. If the item has manufacturing defect upon inspection, the full price of the product is compensated.
How to unsubscribe the newsletter?
If you would like to change the settings for newsletter subscription, please connect to your personal Silver Amber account and make the choice (subscribe / unsubscribe).
How to manage my account information?
When you are signing up, you need to fill in the details for your account to be created. The account verification email is sent immediately after the registration to the email you specified.
In your account, you can edit the information you want (password, address, etc.). You can also see the order history, your loyalty points, fill out refund requests, subscribe / unsubscribe newsletters.
How can I cancel my registration?
