Returns and exchanges

1. Products can returned in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania „Confirming the rules of the return and exchange of goods“ dated 29 June, 2001 (LR Ūkio Ministro 2001/06/29 d. įsakymas „Dėl daiktų grąžinimo ir keitimo taisyklių patvirtinimo“). The Buyer can return only the defective product using the services of the courier company or by registered post or by its own transport.

2. According to the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania „Confirming the rules of the return and exchange of goods“ dated 29 June, 2001 (LR Ūkio Ministro 2001/06/29 d. įsakymas „Dėl daiktų grąžinimo ir keitimo taisyklių patvirtinimo“) our company „Silver Amber“ Ltd. does not change and does not return these high-quality products: pearls, gemstones, precious metals and articles thereof. According to Lithuanian laws amber as natural origin stone and is considered a gemstone since 1 May, 2016.

3. If customers would like to replace or return the defective product, they have to submit a written request, which must indicate the reasons for returning product and attach the confirmation of the payment. Customer has to fill in the goods return request on your personal account on our website - View your return requests. The refund may take place or the product may be replaced within 14 calendar days if the original product is returned in original packaging intact with the confirmation of the payment attached. The refund for the returned product is transferred within 5 working days to the account indicated by the customer after the seller’s written confirmation that the product was retuned in proper condition. In case of replacement, only equivalent (in terms of price) product can be replaced.

4. In case the product is not in a complete set, is damaged, or has inappropriate packaging, the Seller shall have the right not to accept the product, not to replace it and refuse the refund for the product. 

5. The seller pays the delivery charges of defective product if the returned product meets all requirements stated above. In other cases, the delivery charges are not refunded.
